- Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.
- Hold Tight Collective is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
- Please expect 2-3 business days of processing. Orders may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. We hand-make your orders with love & care so we thank you for your patience!
- We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or are not in the same condition they were sent in.
- Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
- All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, etc.)
- We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please email or DM us!
- If you order the wrong case size/design/colour, you will not be refunded once we send out your package. Please double check all information before ordering.
- Hold Tight Collective is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country.
- International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs and duties are not computed nor applied by Hold Tight Collective. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
